Food

All Stillwater children are now able to receive free breakfasts and lunches from Stillwater Public Schools (SPS) regardless of school enrollment or income status. This temporary program is made possible through the receipt of additional funding from the United States Department of Agriculture. The program is scheduled to run until the end of the school year, contingent upon available funding. Free meals are available for not only all SPS students but for all children ages 1-18, regardless of free or reduced lunch status. Meals can be picked up each day by a parent or guardian; the child does not need to be present. One breakfast and one lunch per child will be given each day. To assist SPS Nutrition Services cooperation with the USDA, all families, regardless of income level, should complete a 2020-2021 Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application at www.schoolcafe.com. A new application is required every year for each family in the district. Families should list all students attending SPS, regardless of whether they are participating in Traditional, Distance, or Virtual Education. The Pandemic-EBT or P-EBT benefits program is administered by Oklahoma Department of Human Services. As a congregation we were founded in 1949. We are a strong Southern Baptist Church of about 230 members. We are an extremely diverse church. Ethnically, we are all over the place. Age wise we are all over the place. We have professionals and we have recovering drug addicts. We have children and senior adults that all ride the same bus on Sunday mornings picked up from homes and nursing facilities around the area. We are literally from one end of the scale to the other, but we just love people. We love people and we don't have a "niche". "Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." (Matt 6:10) That is our heart and mission, to see God's Kingdom come to this earth, in power, glory and love, just as it is in heaven. We desire for God's Kingdom to come as we pursue RELATIONSHIP with THE King, Jesus Christ. It is through the power and love of relationship with God and people that lives are transformed, hearts are renewed, and nations are changed. We pursue effective discipleship through intentional godly relationship. We welcome the manifest Presence of God to come and penetrate hearts and heal lives through miracles, healings, and real-life encounters. Staffed almost entirely by volunteers, this premier non-profit resale shop in the heart of downtown Stillwater takes donations of clothing, furniture, and household goods and sells them to the public. Proceeds from Karman Korner Resale Shop benefit area families and patients of Karman Legacy Hospice and Stillwater Medical who are facing unmet expenses for medical equipment, palliative and respite care, utilities, as well as burial expenses.

Whether you’re searching for unique fashion-forward finds, basic items for your family, home décor at a discount or supplies for your next do-it-yourself project, you can find everything you need at your local Goodwill store. Goodwill works to enhance people’s dignity and quality of life by strengthening their communities, eliminating their barriers to opportunity, and helping them reach their full potential. Every service we provide works toward fulfilling that goal, whether it’s serving individuals with disabilities or those who need a second chance. We meet individuals where they’re at to provide them with the training and skills they need to get on the path to a successful career. Donations accepted Monday-Saturday 9:30:00-15:30:00
